Colleen (a native southern Marylander) and Justin (a not-so-native but still awesome texan) were married last weekend at a relaxed, nautical-themed wedding on the banks of the St. Mary’s river. The beautiful Brome Howard Inn, perched high on a bank above the river provided the historic (1840!) backdrop for friends and family to celebrate these two newlyweds. Here are a few of my favorites!

I don’t know who made this after the ceremony was finished, but bravo!

First dance, to “Johnny & June” by Heidi Newfield. Awesome. I think it was stuck in my head for the next 3 days.

These folks played cornhole until they couldn’t see the other board, but managed to not miss any of the action under the tent!

The view from the river bank is just incredible. Highly recommend a visit (especially at sunset)!

As the sun started to sink, I pulled Colleen and Justin out into this amazing light for some portraits…

So happy for you guys. You planned a truly awesome wedding, and everyone had a blast. Congratulations and best wishes!
